Shipping & Returns Policy



Shipping is available within Australia only

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday

We currently use Australia Post standard shipping for all of our parcels, unless stated in the description of a particular product

Order Tracking

Most orders are sent with tracking, If you have not received your parcel and are concerned for it’s whereabouts, please get in contact via hello@theknotcollective.com.au

Smaller Items that can be sent as a ‘letter’ are sent without tracking to save on postage costs, this will always be stated in the product description.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are standard flat rates that vary from product to product.



Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item
 within 30 days of your purchase. Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.

If your item is in it’s original unused condition, you may exchange your item for a colour or product, but you still will have to pay return shipping & re-postage fee’s.
